A Hobby That Became a Beautiful Business
In 2003, Artful Travelers was born from a simple, audacious idea: bring together the world’s most compelling voices — newsmakers, authors, filmmakers, winemakers, PBS and NPR talent — and place them in conversation with curious, passionate travelers aboard the finest ships at sea.
What began as a consultant’s proposal to Regent Seven Seas grew into something far more enduring. Cruise by cruise, gathering by gathering, we built something that no itinerary alone could offer: genuine intellectual and human connection at sea.
Fifty voyages. Two decades. Experiences that travelers still speak of years later — a cocktail hour that turned into a revelation, a private dinner where ideas flowed as freely as the wine, a shore excursion seen through the eyes of someone who had spent a lifetime studying it.
